Do I need to sign up to gain access to the online experience?

How do I log in?
To log in from the home page, navigate to the top right of your screen and click the login box. You can also access the login page here. Enter your existing username and password to access your accounts.
Why did the system request an email and mobile phone number when I logged in for the first time?
If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to provide an email and a mobile phone number that will be used for multi-factor authentication in our improved security protocols. If our system decides that your login should be challenged, you will be asked to confirm a one-time-passcode sent to the email or mobile phone number you provided at setup. Otherwise, you will immediately gain access to your accounts.
Why do I need this new security feature?
As the digital landscape continues to grow and criminals steal information in cyberattacks large and small, we are committed to helping protect our clients, users, and their accounts from being compromised. Multi-factor authentication using layered security is an industry best practice that helps confirm an individual’s identity. This approach, recommended by the National Institutes of Standards and Technology and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, help safeguard clients from the evolving security threat environment.
Login credentials used for Wilmington Trust and any other website should be unique, complex, and difficult to guess. Never reuse passwords across different websites. Never share passwords, login credentials, or any authentication information with others.
How do I reset my password or retrieve my user ID?
On the login screen, select “Forgot your User ID?” to begin the user ID retrieval process or select “Forgot your Password?” to begin the password reset process. Please note that only registered online users can use these features to reset a password or retrieve a user ID. If you have not registered for the online account experience, please speak with your advisor or relationship manager. Request Access

What accounts are available in the platform?
You will be able to manage the following accounts in one, centralized location.
- Wilmington Trust investment management, custody, fiduciary, trust, and other accounts with investment holdings
In addition to being able to oversee and manage your Wilmington Trust holdings in one location, you can also access details on asset allocations and holdings, transaction activity, market value, realized and unrealized gains and losses and the income generated by your investment accounts over time, and statements and documents.

How often is the value of my holdings updated?
Investment details are updated each evening.
